需要配合该 common PR refactor(date-picker): simplify date parsing by removing locale dependency tdesign-common#2287 ，由组件库全局统一设置
dayjs的locale，而非每次调用方法时候都手动传入参考 AntDesign 的文档采取让用户自己切换：https://github.com/ant-design/ant-design/blob/master/components/config-provider/demo/locale.tsx#L227
