In current version, when you scrolling chats, you can suddenly open stories camera, which takes exclusive access to the audio, which stops the music if it was playing.
With this changes, access to audio is taken only after starting video recording, so scrolling chats won't affect playing audio.
The same behavior is currently in the VKontakte/Instagram stories camera
