Upgrade @electric-sql/client to ^1.5.3

Upgrades the @electric-sql/client dependency from ^1.5.2 to ^1.5.3 across the monorepo packages:

• @tanstack/electric-db-collection (dependency)
• @tanstack/react-db (dev dependency)
• @tanstack/solid-db (dev dependency)
• @tanstack/vue-db (dev dependency)

This patch update includes bug fixes and improvements from the Electric SQL client library.
