castLabs DRM FairPlay connector update

This PR updates the castLabs FairPlay connector to add/fix a couple of things by aligning it to the sample from castLabs:

• The connector can now handle fetching a persistent license for offline playback.
• Adds custom data to certificate requests (otherwise the request results in a 400).
