fix: ravenCobraWrapper variations on cobra fields

Main improvements in this PR:

• Fixes:
  • ravenCobraWrapper properly makes comps and compNames fields when lacking in COBRA model
  • writeYAMLmodel can deal with mixture of nested and not-nested cell arrays of subsystems (as COBRA models can have)
