resorce/for/{version} doesn't really return array with Resource models.

P.S. Also what is fetch object and shouldDelete in answer of resources/{resource}/author)? Is it okay that authors/{author} doesn't return it? How it should be in docs?

Also noticed this two fields in Icon model. What is this, and why hash always empty?
