| DS3234 RTC Breakout (SKU 333358) |
This board is an ultra-accurate real-time clock built around the DS3234, with a temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) delivering ±2 ppm accuracy (0°C to +40°C). It communicates over a 4-wire SPI interface, tracks seconds through year with automatic leap-year compensation through 2099, has two programmable alarms, a CR2032 battery backup holder for keeping time through power loss, and 256 bytes of battery-backed SRAM for storing data. Operating voltage range is 2.0V-5.5V.
After installing the mpremote package, install the library on your board using the following command:
mpremote mip install github:SolderedElectronics/Soldered-DS3234-MicroPython-LibraryOr, if you're running a Windows OS:
python -m mpremote mip install github:SolderedElectronics/Soldered-DS3234-MicroPython-Library- ds3234.py - MicroPython driver class (SPI)
- package.json - mip install manifest
- /Examples - simple RTC, SRAM read/write, and deep-sleep examples
