License related alerts are no longer experimental (take two)
Note
Low Risk
String-only updates to alert translation text; no behavior or data-flow changes, with low risk beyond copy/UX expectations.
Overview
Removes the
(Experimental)prefix from several license-related alertdescriptionstrings inpackages/cli/data/alert-translations.json(e.g., license presence/quality, SPDX exceptions, and license change notices). This effectively promotes these alerts’ messaging from experimental to standard without changing alert keys, titles, emojis, or suggestions.
