This PR adds a generic
MockOracleMiddlewareWithPythcontract.As the cbBTC does not have any notable feature from a technical perspective, there's no need for custome code. This can be the case for a lot of ERC20 tokens, so instead of creating a dedicated mock, I pushed one that can be used with any underlying that doesn't need custom logic (contrary to the wstETH for example).
This PR also adds the deployement script to deploy the cbBTC USDN Protocol on a fork, the deployed protocol will use the generic
MockOracleMiddlewareWithPyth.Closes RA2BL-1207
