Adds Ayaneo Flip 1S DS device config. Unlike most AYANEO devices, this one has a dedicated "guide" button, so we only need to map a quick access key. Map the extra face buttons on the left and right as paddles so they can be easily mapped in steaminput or OGUI. LC/RC are standard for Ayaneo.
Dual touchscreen still needs info and validation, along with gyro specifics.
