Adds Nginx template. Documentation on master branch. When updating the menu script, I noticed that `nginx` was already defined in `cont_array` but not in `keylist`. There was also no matching service definition in `.templates`. The how/why it got that way is beyond me. I also noticed that `cont_array` and `keylist` were no longer in the same order.
