Rust is specifically iron oxide, not silicon dioxide. The original statement 'Rust means iron oxide on 30-year-old silicon' was technically incorrect since silicon oxidizes to silica (glass), not rust. Changed to 'iron-containing components' to maintain the poetic meaning while being scientifically accurate.
