- fixes android part for [pdfx] Blocker issues with 2.9.0 #563 (ios is fixed separately in Fix 2.9.0 issues (ios only) #565)
- completes migration to SurfaceProducer & impeller support [PDFX] Migrate to SurfaceProducer #543
- updates android example against recent flutter tooling changes
- bumps version to 2.9.1
