Adds mineunit --demo command line switch which installs demo spec to current directory if there's init.lua file present and no existing spec directory.
Demo spec contains few simple tests where player Sam places all registered nodes and checks if those nodes were placed correctly.
Also link to #4
Demo spec requires #40 and #39
