Added discord webhooks | Currently whenever you do /announce is when it will send a webhook

Config Changes

new discord.yml

Discord:
  ENABLED: false
  WEBHOOK: "INSERT-WEBHOOK-HERE"

  EMBED-MESSAGE: true
  # This will either be the username or the embed title
  TITLE: "Announcement Logs"

SimpleAnnounce 1.2 - Fixes

Fixed /announce only allowing 1 word it will now allow as many as you want

Changed the way the announcer is handled on the Spigot version you can now use seconds instead of ticks
