What/Why/How?

Added a preview gif that will be used in Redocly OpenAPI VS Code extension as a Scorecard preview. Should be added separately.

This gif is too big, it can be compressed a lot.
Or better to upload it as a video

Also, add a description (I think I understand why adding it to static folder - it will be probably used in VS Code extension README) but it's worth mentioning.

@adamaltman, I have some questions about this approach, could you please take a look:

  • We should use Redocly official Youtube channel then. Could you please upload attached video and share the link?
  • Maybe it also make sense to make another video instruction with the voice in this case?
