The following changes were made:

  • Allow sequence submission without the FASTA header
  • Maintain compatibility between versions
  • Point links to r2dt.bio
  • When typing to find the template, highlight the matched part in yellow
  • Add script to update the templates.js file with the latest models.json from the R2DT repository
