pandas on lecture-python-programming.fa is current: its .translate/state/pandas.md.yml records source-sha: 55c87c9f, which equals the source repo's true last-touch commit for that lecture (55c87c9f).

Recovered by QuantEcon/lecture-python-programming.fa#158 (merged 2026-08-19). polars.md is current at the same commit, and the fa content matches source main byte-equivalently, so a retry would be a no-op.

No resync or re-run is needed. Recorded while re-measuring the estate's open translation-sync-failure issues for action-translation#276 — of fifteen open, six were stale bookkeeping like this one, and the remaining nine reduce to four distinct (lecture, target) units still outstanding.
