LOTS of things have broken, I'll have to come back to this later...

:/ it worked in September... #590

Also updated psutil breaks with pinned pyftpdlib. I gave up on caring because I have too much open work already waiting but @mweinelt put together a fix in #591, so that should fix some failures too.
