feat: COOLEST interop round-trip validation script - #173

Round-trip validation of al.interop.coolest (PyAutoLens#613/#615): tracer deflections/image numerical identity through a COOLEST template, written-template convention checks (theta_E intermediate-axis factor, East-of-North phi, shear as a MassField entity), and the NFW sigma_crit round trip with a shared cosmology.
