feat: COOLEST export/import guide (guides/coolest_interop) - #283

New guide for al.interop.coolest (PyAutoLens#613/#615): export a lens model to a COOLEST JSON template, import it back as a Tracer, verify the round trip, with convention notes (East-of-North angles, intermediate- axis radii, NFW sigma_crit). Notebook + catalogue regenerated. Named coolest_interop because a guides/coolest.py would shadow the coolest package on sys.path. Part of PyAutoLabs/PyAutoLens#612.
