Update HowToGalaxy references for the tutorial restructure - #12

Skills, the routing table and the wiki's external pages now point at the new layout: chaining at the end of chapter 2 (tutorials 9-10), pixelizations as chapter 3 (model_fit now tutorial 6), the deleted x2-galaxies tutorial superseded by chapter 4's multi-galaxy tutorial, and the howtogalaxy external page's chapter table and script counts verified against the restructured checkout. The page's pinned_commit frontmatter is left for the ag_update_wiki maintainer flow.
