Introduce software-stack inventory, declared-compatibility audits, support rationale and controlled upgrade campaigns in the standard dashboard layout. Separate upstream releases, source commits, installed packages and supplied validation evidence.

Real local and RAL-login observations expose five declaration mismatches. Only 2 of 7 environment surfaces have observations; CI and compute-node evidence remain unknown. Public receipts exclude private paths and account details. Collection and rendering never install packages or submit compute.

Live local/RAL-login collection, audit, board rendering, public privacy checks, workflow YAML and shared feed validation passed. Brain/Mind/Scientist integration suites: 1,251 / 696 / 14 passed. Independent core and board review CLEAN after fixes.
• Applicable CLI/render/feed smoke passed; scientific workspace smoke is not applicable because no scientific library API or workspace script changed.
• Required GitHub CI and human review before merge.

Heart: YELLOW (85), acknowledged by the human with “yes proceed” on 2026-10-08.
