A number of log events have been added to help understand what the csrf-csrf code is doing. The new logger callback option can be used to consume these events.

This is a work in progress / proof of concept draft for implementing a variety of log events that can be consumed by providing an optional logger callback.
This is a proof of concept to address issue #68
I'm still skeptical on this and may not merge unless there is a higher demand for it.
