Adds documentation for the new timeline view tracking feature that shows when team members have viewed documentation suggestions. Updates web interface documentation with user benefits including collaboration awareness, engagement insights, and transparency. Based on PR #1015 which adds comprehensive view tracking UI with intelligent grouping and privacy filtering.
