Includes the option to enable OSC delay - potential use cases for users who use voicechangers or have delays in their audio stream.
Forgot to start the actual delayed thread.
Still not happy with the method though, will revisit.
Updated to hide scene instead of showing "fake placeholder". This comes with the consequence of hiding other options, but it is much more clean.

Updated translations. Must be merged at the same time or after the "general.windowFocus" -> "general.windowFocused" change was made.
I don't know what other changes could've been made with that key modification. Also stopped that \I warning.
