…nd state management Refactor BinanceWs to use MessageRouter and SubscriptionManager. Fix subscription payload format to satisfy Binance requirements. Implement watch_*_internal helper methods. Update Binance exchange implementation to use new internal methods. Ensure synchronous subscriptions() method. Add integration test for payload verification.
