I can't get this to work for the MSVC build. By the looks of things, the task is never even considered (changed files or not). I've diffed the outputs of Build vs. Rebuild and nothing significant stands out. |

This PR is no longer relevant with #234. The "build out of date" issue should not occur there, neither for GNU nor for MSVC (by using a different project system). Can you confirm that? |
