added MinClassSkillPts to pluginbuild.xml and plugins/bonusstores. Added BONUS:MINCLASSSKILLPOINTS|NUMBER|1 to Intelligence definition in cr__stats.lst. Modified code in PlayerCharacter.java to take MINCLASSSKILLPOINTS.NUMBER into account.
