Why this PR

The current pnpm.onlyBuiltDependencies configuration is outdated. The official pnpm 10.26 release notes introduce allowBuilds as the preferred replacement for onlyBuiltDependencies and ignoredBuiltDependencies.

Updating this prevents ERR_PNPM_IGNORED_BUILDS for future contributors using newer pnpm versions and keeps the project aligned with the current pnpm configuration.

Changes

• Replace onlyBuiltDependencies with allowBuilds in pnpm-workspace.yaml
• Remove the deprecated pnpm.onlyBuiltDependencies configuration
• Add Node.js >=20.19.0 required by Vite 7
