Adding hardness webpage.
Recent changes:
I removed the explanation of the SLUR-report, as, as you said, it is explained on your webpage.
I provided a brief explanation of the CPDP2011 and LCC2011 reports and provided links to the event webpages.
I also corrected various minor editorial issues.
Previous changes:
I've now changed it so that there aren't superfluous links that are already linked on your webpage.
I've also changed paper/slide links to point to your webpage when possible, and I've added
links to wiki pages for general terminology like SAT.
