Some companies do work on certain public holidays. Add a company option so that a shift line with a template explicitly assigned is considered a regular working shift even if it falls on a public holiday.
The default behavior is unchanged. The override only applies to explicit line assignments. Assigning a template to the whole week still skips public holiday lines, so bulk planning keeps the protection and only a deliberate perday action overrides it.
