Fix Build Guide looking horrible
Use proper method of storing metadata for InvisTileECore, which fixes Draconium Blocks transmutating
Fixed issues with GUI and Lang

This is a stable release, much more stable than v1.0. However, in order to fix the build guide for GT Blocks, GregTech CEu is now a full dependency, not just a dependency for the structure blocks. If this is to be merged upstream, this will have to be removed, and Bansoukou will have to be used.

Cores on 1.0 containing GT Draconium or GT Awakened Draconium will dissappear upon un-assembling, but this is fully compatible with worlds and cores on Draconic Evolution v2.3.28.354 (and probably versions after that). Why did you use 1.0 anyways?
