Hopefully fixed all recipe issues on 1.21

This PR:

• Moves recipes into recipe folder
• Fixes recipes changing item to id in output
• Adds hydrargym chest recipe to 1.21
• Fixes the wooden_chest tag (This may not be correct for how the current version handles it, but I haven't researched)
• Fixes alloy forgery recipes for hydrargum, it seems like the normal mythic metals mod is missing c: tags for a lot of metals, so for now it uses mythicmetals namespace for those tags
• Fixes star platinum chain's recipe using tags
• bumps version to 0.7.1

I have tested this PR on a fabric 1.21.1 modpack, I have made sure that every single item has its recipe shown in EMI, I have made sure that at least one of the chests and one of the chains is craftable, I have made sure that at least one of the recipes for hydrargym works.

This PR seems to work well however I can not guarantee that every recipe works perfectly.
