Nasty compile errors were fixed in lpsolve55j.dll. They were unlikely to affect the extension, but now the code compiles cleanly.

The C++ code for lpsolve55j.dll had some nasty compilation errors that are now fixed. They were in a part of the code that was likely never used, but they were fixed, just in case.
