Improvement on AMD architecture

Thanks very much for @LaurentChardon 's hard work about improvement on AMD architecture. Also thanks for @pkubaj 's code on architecture detection on FreeBSD.

Support lscpu on all architectures

Thanks very much for @ibara great help! Now lscpu should run on all architectures except displaying limited information compared with X86.

Small modifications based on first release
