Description

Add evals/evals.json for three skills and fix a semver issue:

• tilegym-converting-cutile-to-triton: 1 overview-positive + 4 out-of-domain neutral eval cases
• tilegym-improve-cutile-kernel-perf: 1 overview-positive + 4 out-of-domain neutral eval cases; also fixes version in SKILL.md from 2026.04.11-alpha to 2026.04.11 (strict semver required by Tier 1 validation)
• tilegym-converting-cutile-to-julia: 1 overview-positive + 4 out-of-domain neutral eval cases
