CCM-13905: Gateway Improvements

Description

Increases the default root volume size to 80GB because Windows is very needy diskspace wise.
Explicitly states to reboot if needed when applying patches.
Increases patching frequency to daily not weekly.
Adds an alarm to the run patch task.
Remove a lot of unnecessary variables from tfvars that are default anyway.
Bumped package versions for gateway and athena drivers.
