These have been added to the `nhsuk-prototype-kit` package instead, so can be managed there.

This is a test of the upcoming
nhsuk-prototype-kitpackage.This means that the contents of the
lib/folder can be removed, as they’d be now included in the package. This should allow for easier upgrades in future.
