chore: artifact version upgraded from 3 to 4
Add a new integration workspace cloned from the default workspace. This workspace supports disabling import and hiding the panel on load via query parameters.
The event is now delayed by 100ms and only triggers once scrolling stops, reducing unnecessary re-renders for consumers of the data-change event.
This reverts commit 606f0b5.
Avoid triggering unnecessary data-change events when the 2D level changes. This should be handled internally in NMRium.
