This PR adds drivers for NeoPixel flexible matrix sheet. With these codes, you can use an RGB LED matrix as a Moddable screen like other LCDs.
It has two driver classes under modules/drivers directory:
NeoMatrix: a driver class for NeoPixel matrix. Its depends on NeoPixel and has similar API.NeoMatrixRendera screen driver implementation that adapts NeoMatrix to Poco interfaceIt's still under development. I'm going to add features including "screen rotation", "concatenation of multiple sheets into one single screen" and so on. API docs also needed.
