Enable build support on Windows (MPP test fix). Fix Eclipse classpaths configuration. Cygwin fix, simply removed the --path flag from all path conversions. Fixing classpath m2e configuration to latest conventions + no timestamp (removing non-existing paths from Eclipse internal classpath, new .settings/org.eclipse.core.resource.prefs without timestamps).
