Import and Export

Import and Export

The plugin supports importing and exporting inventory data in CSV and XLSX formats.

Exporting Data

1. Navigate to the InventoryManager start page.
2. Click on "Export and Filter".
3. Click on "Export to" and select the format CSV, ODS or XLSX if you want to import the data again. You can also export the data as PDF.

Importing Data

1. Navigate to the InventoryManager start page and click the "Preferences" button.
2. Click on "Import".
3. Select the file to import (CSV, ODS or XLSX).
4. Click on "Assign fields".
5. If necessary create missing item fields.
6. Map the fields if necessary and click "Import".
