  1. You mention "245" in the title, but it looks like that is from a different repo?
  2. the "a" or "an" choice uses the pronounciation of the start of the word as a rule. Since the letter "S" is pronounced as "es" (i.e. starting with a vowel) it needs to be preceeded with "an".
    • Compare "URL": it's pronounced as "you are el", and "y" is not a vowel
