Small imporvements for developers

Hey guys!

I was using your next js example for my website - techwavehires.com and there are couple of tiny improvements I'd like to suggest:

1. In your next.config.js, you set hostname for images to mars-images.imgix.net. Hence this works with your demo key, it does not work with prod keys (at least not with mine)
2. I noticed that in many places you use "https://devhunt.org" base URL, so I suggest to move it to environmental variable same of bot key
3. Updated styles for tables in the blog css file, so it's scrollable on mobile now (before it was extending entire container)
