Link to the plain text for machine readability and to ease automatic updates. This is already linked from the bottom for search result pages [1], but I only found that later because it isn't in the Home footer, [2] and from Home I instead went to About>Crawler. I updated the range to state the start/end explicitly.
I note that this does not include the
81.170.128.52address, which the plain text file does include (commit history). I guess one of these should be updated to match the other, but I'll leave that as-is.
