MacroSheds data pipelines

This repository contains code used to generate the MacroSheds dataset, hosted on EDI. Not to be confused with the macrosheds R package, the code for the MacroSheds data portal, or any of the other MacroSheds projects.

This is a living codebase, so we'll continue to make updates and pull in additional data between official releases. If you want the code associated with our data paper in Limnology and Oceanography Letters [link pending], you've come to the right place.
