Hi Javier,
As we discussed a couple of months ago, I've added the functionality to publish the raw mean and uncertainty values as separate ROS topics.
They are being published as multidimensional arrays which contain a vector of all values along with the map matrix dimensions so the vector can be easily rearranged.
