  • Removed small_time copy in favor of published version.
  • Moved two Socket attributes to parameters.
  • Removed the HTTP client and associated structs.

Small_time is currently a local dependency, this PR is primarily for review. Once we're good to go, I'll publish a nightly version of small-time or switch it to a git dependency while we prepare for 26.1.
