docs: add canonical brand and pronunciation guidelines

Summary

• adds the public LibreCode brand and pronunciation guide
• documents the official spelling of LibreCode and LibreCode Coop
• explains “Libre” as practical technological freedom: autonomy, interoperability, continuity, auditability, and reduced vendor lock-in
• separates core brand identity from the current digital design-system layer
• documents the signature red #e5332a while allowing web typography/UI tokens to evolve independently
• keeps LibreSign-specific guidance out of the LibreCode page
• identifies https://github.com/LibreCodeCoop/brand as the canonical version-controlled source
• removes the Nextcloud share from the public brand flow
• links the brand page from the footer
• lists both A4 and 16:9 brand manual downloads from the canonical latest release
• updates preview deployment so workflow_run previews can identify the originating PR

Canonical brand architecture

The website is the human-facing publication layer. The canonical brand system — guidelines, SVG master, licensing metadata, reproducible manual source, governance, and history — is maintained in:

Historical administrative/design documents were audited for provenance. Raw files containing personal identifiers, contact information, commercial data, or office-document metadata are intentionally excluded from the public repository; only sanitized brand facts are retained.
